1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from or in connection with a purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Agreement") concluded between the Seller and another individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") through the Seller's online store. The online store is operated by the Seller on the website www.egocombat.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") via the website interface (hereinafter referred to as the "Store Interface").

1.2. The Terms and Conditions do not apply to cases where the Buyer intends to purchase goods for business purposes or acts as a legal entity.

1.3. Provisions deviating from these Terms and Conditions can be negotiated in the Purchase Agreement. Such deviating provisions take precedence over the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement and the Terms and Conditions are executed in the English language.

1.5. The Seller may amend or supplement the wording of these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect the rights and obligations established under the previous version of the Terms and Conditions.

2. User Account

2.1. Based on the Buyer’s registration on the Website, the Buyer may access their user interface. Through their user interface, the Buyer can place orders for goods (hereinafter referred to as the "User Account"). The Buyer can also order goods without registering directly through the Store Interface.

2.2. When registering on the Website and when ordering goods, the Buyer must provide accurate and truthful information. The Buyer must update their information upon any changes. The information provided by the Buyer is deemed correct by the Seller.

2.3. Access to the User Account is secured by a username and password. The Buyer must maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary for accessing their User Account.

2.4. The Buyer is not authorized to allow third parties to use their User Account.

2.5. The Seller may deactivate the User Account, especially if the Buyer has not used the account for a long time or violates obligations under the Purchase Agreement (including these Terms and Conditions).

2.6. The Buyer acknowledges that the User Account may not be available at all times, especially due to necessary maintenance of the Seller's hardware and software or the hardware and software of third parties.

3. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

3.1. Any presentation of goods in the Store Interface is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer by the Seller.

3.2. To order goods, the Buyer fills out the order form in the Store Interface, specifying:

• The goods to be ordered (including quantity).

• Payment method.

• Delivery method and address.

• Contact information.

3.3. Before submitting the order, the Buyer may review and amend the entered information.

3.4. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms their binding proposal to conclude the Purchase Agreement.

3.5. The Purchase Agreement is concluded when the Seller accepts the Buyer’s order by sending a confirmation email to the Buyer’s email address.

3.6. For custom-made products, such as those with specific colors, logos, sizes, or any other customization, the Buyer must explicitly confirm all details before production begins. If the Buyer does not provide specific requirements or adjustments within the agreed timeframe, the Seller will proceed with the order as originally specified. Subsequent claims regarding customization (e.g., colors, logos, sizes) will not be considered once production has started.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1. The price of goods and delivery costs can be paid by the Buyer via the following method:

• Bank transfer.

4.2. Prices include applicable VAT and other fees.

4.3. The Buyer must settle all payments before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

5. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

5.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason unless specified otherwise (e.g., custom-made goods).

5.2. Custom-made goods cannot be returned unless they are defective.

5.3. To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Seller and return the goods in their original condition.

5.4. The Buyer bears the costs of returning goods to the Seller.

6. Delivery

6.1. The Seller is responsible for delivering goods to the specified address.

6.2. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any defects immediately.

7. Rights from Defective Performance

7.1. Rights and obligations related to defective goods are governed by applicable laws, primarily Sections 2099–2117 of the Civil Code.

7.2. The Buyer may lodge complaints and claims for defective goods at the Seller’s address or through email.

8. Liability and Warranty

8.1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

8.2. The Buyer is entitled to a warranty period of 24 months unless otherwise stated.

9. Data Protection

9.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

9.2. The Buyer consents to the processing of their data for the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement and marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. The relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through competent Czech courts.
